To date, the AMF has supported nearly 300 young Australian musicians to study overseas. A large number of our Australian Music Foundation Awardees have gone on to successful international careers, and become respected teachers and mentors.

2020 AMF Support Grants
The AMF had to take the difficult decision to cancel the AMF Awards competition in 2020, due to the global pandemic. However, later in the year, the trustees were pleased to be able to offer AMF Support Grants to five previous awardees who were continuing their studies overseas under difficult circumstances:
